Service Description

Time to experience making Danyangju, the basis of Gayangju, and Danyangju made from glutinous rice. Over a course of about 2 hours, you will gain an overall understanding of the process of making Danyangju from glutinous rice, and you will also learn how to cool down cooked rice, mix the yeast soaked in water, make alcohol (wonju), and take 2 liters of the wonju yourself and filter it a week later to taste it. It is a precious experience!!! Reservations are required by phone!!!
